Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method you choose, and the destination of your order.

3. Order Tracking

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to the United States. If you are located outside of these areas, please contact us at aogllcus@gmail.com to inquire about potential shipping options.

  • P.O. Boxes: We may not be able to ship to P.O. Boxes, depending on the shipping carrier. Please provide a physical address during checkout to avoid delays.

  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is undeliverable and returned to us, we will notify you. You may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You can view the shipping charges during checkout before you complete your purchase. 

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, please be aware that you may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges once the shipment reaches your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer, and Armor of God has no control over these charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on what to expect before placing an international order.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: Armor of God is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve any issues related to lost packages. Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it, but you can initiate a return based on our Refund and Return Policy.
